About Nicole

Welcome!

My path to massage therapy has been shaped by a lifelong appreciation for movement, creativity, and the remarkable ability of the body to heal. After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Arts, I graduated from the Institute of Holistic Health in 2023 and have since continued my education with advanced training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Orthopedic Medical Massage, and Sports Massage.

Movement has always been at the heart of my life. As a runner and fitness enthusiast, I understand the importance of caring for the body, not only when recovering from injury or training, but as an essential part of maintaining long-term health and well-being.

I believe movement is a form of healing. Whether it’s running a trail, lifting weights, taking a walk, or simply moving through daily life without discomfort, our bodies are designed to move. My goal is to help clients regain confidence in that movement and reconnect with their physical well-being.

I don’t believe massage has to fit neatly into one category. Sometimes healing comes through gentle, rhythmic strokes that quiet the nervous system and flow like waves across the body. Other times, it requires focused, purposeful work to release restrictions, improve mobility, or aid recovery. I enjoy blending both worlds, allowing each session to evolve naturally into the treatment your body needs in that moment.
